Joy Pullman recently reported that over 30,000 students had opted out of Common Core-Aligned assesments being administered in NY Schools. A massive Parent Protest seems to be taking place in NY and indeed across the country. On the program today we discuss what is at the core of these parental protests.

In that capacity, she has interviewed and produced podcasts with many of the leading figures in school reform. She previously was the assistant editor for American Magazine at the American Enterprise Institute.
