In this verse, the faith of Isaac is declared in an odd way, because he blessed Jacob and Esau. Reading the story of the blessing where Isaac is deceived by Jacob to steal the blessing from the first born favorite Esau doesn't come across as an exercise in faith. Isaac is doing the opposite of what God said would happen. He is trying to make Esau before Jacob even though before they were born, God said the opposite would be true. God still works it out the Jacob receives the blessing and by faith, Isaac accepted that was the way it was. All of them involved had a level of faith even though clearly Esau did not have saving faith, but they all believed that the blessing mattered. They all believed that the blessing would effect the visible world.
