“Impossible” to be unable to be, unable to exist, unable to be done, hopeless, or contrary to reason. Often times because of our human nature we try to do things without God. We have good intentions but without God it is still without God. Often we will look to how we can handle the situation and forget to make God the one in charge of it. Here in our text God shows from the start that He was in charge. God sent His messenger to go deliver the good news. Often when the message comes we get confused and think God has the wrong person. But God is getting ready to do something. It may seem like a mystery to us; there are a lot of things in life that are a mystery. It is a mystery how we get saved, the transformation that takes place in our minds, or how the word of God ain't the same no more. But God does have a method to it all. We may not understand it but He does and that is what matters. Just like His power overshadowed Mary His power will over shadow us. What we thought we couldn't do; He does through us. Impossible; yes for us, but not for God.
