He will destroy the kingdom of the world on the last trumpet and with word coming out of His mouth which is the sharp sword as the walls will fall and He will establish His eternal kingdom. We like Rahab can enter and dwell in the promised land by faith. When the Israelites came to conquer the city, they looked for the scarlet cord in the window of Rahab and by her faith her life was spared, and she could dwell in the land. When the true Israel of God comes on the last day, He will be looking not for a scarlet cord tied in faith, but rather the scarlet blood of the Passover Lamb applied in faith. Then the King will say to those on His right, 'Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
