THE FATHER HAS CLEARED A PATH FOR ME as a believer to hear the gospel and receive eternal life, which the Father has put into the hands of the Son to give to his people. THE FATHER GAVE THE SON AUTHORITY TO ADOPT US INTO THE FAMILY OF GOD. Therein lies our security for no one can pluck one of his children out of his hand. Reflect on these and our problems shrink, our hearts are comforted and our fears are banished.
