We must be very careful what we hear and How we hear the gospel and the Word of God.
The culture has become the barometer for what is spiritual in the eyes of many professing believers today as churches seek to be relevant to the world and less grounded in the Word of God. Many have ceased being salt and light and exchanged the Word of God for the wisdom of men. Many are heaping teachers false teachers to themselves because they have itching ears and they love to hear the new ways to create a god they can love and believe in, as lovng as it is not the God of Scripture.
Liberty University had Paula White and Glenn Beck as keynote speakers and presented them as fellow believers. They had Bernie Saunders speak about free abortions, free education, free healthcare and free everything and the students went wild. they loved it.
Albert Mohler "If you can’t tell the difference between the church and the culture, it isn’t that the church has been victorious over the culture, it’s because the culture has been victorious over the church."

We must be very concerned with what our children hear and what they see in this social media driven culture.
