Sweet topic! Our brother points us to the truth of God seeing the saints as perfect when he views through the blood of Christ. This is so sweet to our souls, especially when we realise that it is He who drew us to Christ at the first. (John6:44). If you need a bit of uplifting ministry, then this is half an hour well spent.

OVERVIEW (3/7/2004)
Thanks for an Encouraging Word from God Every congregation wants a good minister, but God has given us the perfect minister, in Christ. This sermon is based on Heb.10:14, and teaches us why Christ is the perfect minister for us: because by one sacrifice he made perfect, forever, those who are being perfected. Because of Christ's perfect sacrifice, God now considers every believer as perfect, forever, even though they struggle against sin. In gratitude for Christ's sacrifice, believers are called to allow Christ to have his perfect way in their lives.
This sermon does not teach perfectionism but it does teach instead, that Christians are to be more like what God declares them to be, -- perfect, in Christ, forever. God will not rest with his children, until they arrive at a state of perfection, which is their destination.
