Does it mean that if God is for us no one can oppose us? Or if God is for us no one will take exception to us? Or if God is for us no one can inflict pain and suffering upon us?
That can't be what it means - Paul a few verses later declares that we are suffering in all sorts of ways.
But in verse 32 he declares that since God did not spare his son, but gave him up for us all, we have reason to believe that God is for us and that in the end, no opposition will overcome his plan to glorify us.
