We will continue studying about the antichrist today. We want to make sure everybody has a good grasp on who this individual is and what he's going to do so they are well informed. Christians and the church will not meet the antichrist because we will be raptured first, then the antichrist will come on the scene. He is a great enemy of the church and a venomous enemy of Israel. ________________________________________ Revelation 6:1 ¶ And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, Come. The Lamb is Christ, and He has the power, right, and authority to open the seals. These are the deeds to the earth. When Christ opens the seal, one creature says, come see what happens when He opens this seal. 2 And I saw, and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon had a bow; and there was given unto him a crown: and he came forth conquering, and to conquer. The first seal opens the Tribulation period on the earth, and it starts with a white horse, and a man sitting on the horse with a bow but no arrows. So he rules with authority but no force. It is the first horse of the apocalypse, and it is the antichrist coming on the scene. He will start teaching about good things and solve all the world's problems – economic, war, hunger – he'll solve all these problems. The people are going to love him and make him king of the world. Our world stage is being set for the antichrist to come on the scene right now. All the props are being set up, all the pieces being put into place.
