This was the Sunday morning message from Princess Chapel Church in Ashland, KY by the Pastor, Douglas Salyer. This sermon was titled; HE SHALL SAVE HIS PEOPLE.
The message text is taken from the Gospel of JN 19:14-30, MT 1:21, and ROM 8:28-31.
MT 1:21 - His Name shall be called JESUS, For He Shall Save His people from their sins.
Christ is the redeemer, He paid the ransomed priced for who? For - All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out(JN 6:37).
Who are these that the Father gave to the Son?
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will (EPH 1:3-5).
- But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 THES 2:13-14).
- Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began (2 TIM 1:9).
