He had arranged all things pertaining to His arrival in Jerusalem in order to cause the Scriptures which He wrote to be fulfilled exactly as they were given. None of the prophecied aspects of His arrival would be omitted or the timing of His arrival be off the prophecy. He would enter Jerusalem exactly the date when the Scriptures prophecied.
