Yield to his will, and let him make the decisions. 1. Ignorant follower (didn't know what he was getting into) vs.57-58. Misplaced confidence, it was in himself. Misplaced expectations, he didn't know where following would end up. 2. He is inactive or procrastinating follower vs. 59-60 there are always reason why we should postpone our obedience to God. 3. Insincere follower, vs 61-62. He had divided loyalties. To follow Jesus Christ requires us to be single minded. How would you describe your commitment to Christ?
