Throughout church history, there have been those who set theology and Christian living in opposition to one another. Yet, this was not the way of Jesus or the Apostles. In this message, Dr. Sinclair Ferguson will affirm the value and importance not only of the study of theology but the application of what we study to our hearts. It will look to Paul as a model of one who combined profound theology and heartfelt doxology.

Great Sermon! Very powerful message. I have met many Christians who fear doctrine - they don't want to hear it nor preach on it but for me doctrine of scripture has been my anchor whether I have recognized it or not - I am passing this message along to my loved ones and friends in the prayers that it replaces fear and confusion with comfort and assurance

Great Sermon! Whoa. How do I comment on this message? It is always, always a joy and a privilege and an honor to hear what God has given to you for the purpose of spreading it out before us as a feast. But this is one of the most brilliant and stirring messages of God's wisdom and knowledge these old, lowly ears have been graced to hear. I never cease being awed to where He has brought me from my first 25 years as a roman catholic to the catholic charismatic movement to the word if faith movement to 20 years as a very busy secretary in a SBC to now almost three isolated years as my mom's caregiver. And yet these three years have been the richest as I've immersed myself in teachings here and been graced and have embraced the reformed teachings of grace. Glorious things of the knowledge of God that I had never been privy to before. I wondered recently about my non life these days but now I see purpose in that's days. He has saved the best for last.
