Chapter 8 starts with the statement that there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. Why; what is the cause for the silence? Instead of answering with the usual "anticipation", or that the cries for vengeance have been satisfied, I suppose/speculate that perhaps this silence is in connection with Zephaniah 1:7, and Zechariah 2:13…Heaven would be silent only if He who is constantly worshiped isn't in Heaven for about 30 minutes
