A Biblical mind is a prepared mind, and Providence always favors the prepared mind.
It is in the account of Nehemiah where we find the needful case laws and tactics in which the Christian needs to execute for the Glory of God, for the defense against the enemies of the Gospel, and for the realization of the Building of the Kingdom, on earth, in time and in history. Preparation and passion are essential elements of victory.
