The exposition of 93 particularly verse 5 concludes with exhortations based upon the two words: "befits" and "forevermore". Meaning that, "God's holiness, is presently an adornment/apparel for the LORD's house. Secondly, the LORD's holiness is an adornment of His people with perpetuity – "forever". For without this holiness, no man can see God – Hebrews. 12v14 – 29. Admittedly, the LORD's uncommon character of the Being and of His Essence sanctifies His house (the gathered/redeemed Church). Thus, the gathered Church has hope of perfection that is yet to be revealed. As the Church here on earth serves the LORD, she rehearses for heaven with reverent anticipation, gladness and joy. Therefore; the people of God, relying on the Spirit of God, must strives to maintain the savor of holiness, as the LORD Himself is holy. Though the Christians yet still remain in the paradigm of the theological tension of the "already but not yet" of existence, in Christ; the holiness of God befits His house (the Church), even now and forevermore. This truth undergirds the Christian's comfort and hope found.
