Trusting God with Whatever your "This" is! Esther 3:1-15;4:1-17You can trust JESUS with your salvation, and you can trust Him with your "this". The Book of Esther resembles our actual lives. King Ahasuerus represents the HUMAN SOUL. Esther/Hadassah represents the HUMAN SPIRIT. Haman represents our FLESH. Mordecai represents the HOLY SPIRIT. The Jews were in desperate straits because of the evil plan of Prime Minister Haman to exterminate them. Haman hated Mordecai the Jew, hated him so much that he obtained permission from King Ahasuerus to wipe out all the Jews. How are we going to get Haman on the gallows? The flesh is powerful, but as you get saved, you have the Holy Spirit living inside of you. And the only way you're going to win this battle is to get the Holy Spirit in control, in the palace, in the decision-making process with King Ahasuerus. Get him on the inside and get Haman on the gallows, dying to our flesh, dying to that old nature that is within us. And Mordecai wearing the ring of authority in our life. Like Esther, draw nigh to Him, obey, and watch Him work. He loves you, and His plans for you are good, even if they cost you everything. You can trust your good God with whatever your "this" is. Esther was willing to give her life to save her people. Jesus Christ did give His life to save you. The key to winning is getting the wrong man out and the right Man in.No matter what the crises in life, there is hope in the LORD. If we turn to the LORD in prayer and fasting, seeking His face for help, He will help us. This is the clear declaration of God's Holy Word.
