'Are we there yet?' A familiar question when on a long trip. We are nearing the end of our study on God's Plan for the Ages. Jesus Christ must reign until He has put all enemies under His feet, the last enemy being death itself. At the end of His Millennial Kingdom, death and Hades will be cast into the lake of fire which marks the death of death. No longer will mankind experience death. Then Jesus Christ will merge His Kingdom with the Father's Kingdom forming the eternal State. This is the end of time as we know it. But it is just the beginning of eternity. What will eternity be like? What will heaven be like? What will we be doing forever and ever? We have many questions about the eternal state, but the Bible has limited information. But what it does reveal is sufficient to know that heaven is where we want to spend eternity! Plus we have sufficient information so that we can KNOW that we have eternal life through faith in Christ.
