Nebuchadnezzar had a bad dream. He demanded not only an interpretation of his dream, but that someone should tell him what he had dreamed. God revealed it to Daniel, and Daniel told the king his dream, which was certain, and its interpretation, which was sure. He told Nebuchadnezzar of another kingdom: of its timing, its architect, its durability, its stability, its strength, and its duration. This leads to Christian confidence, comfort, courage, and conviction.
