We don't always understand the way of the Lord with us. Especially when things turn against us. Asaph felt the same when he wrote Psalm 73. It bothered Asaph that the wicked seemed to prosper and that the Lord seemed to lay His hand against him (us). After feeling sorry for himself, Asaph came to his senses. In the presence of the Lord he gained some clarity on this. He came to understand the truth that God's grace is always with His children and that the curse of the Lord is upon the wicked. It is important for us to remember that we are never separate from the Lord. What a blessing. Let us remember what Asaph learned.
