Church Family - Yesterday was a special day for Rev. & Mrs. Vander Meyden, it being 40 years ago on February 3 that Rev. Vander Meyden was ordained as a gospel minister. No doubt a number of the congregation remember it still, since it happened here in Vineland, this being Rev. Vander Meyden’s first charge. Congratulations to Rev. & Mrs. Vander Meyden. All praise be to the Lord our covenant God for calling you, blessing you together, keeping you faithful and enabling you to serve now yet. We’re so thankful too that at the end of forty years you are again in Vineland. And we seek for the Lord’s blessing upon your work still as you may do it among us and in all the churches and for the denomination. “Our sufficiency is from God, who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant” (2 Cor. 3:5b-6a).
