There was something different and unique about the days before the flood, when Noah was building the ark. Since Adam and Eve sinned the world has always been wicked, but not on that level. Jesus said that before his second coming the world will be "as the days of Noah." "The world that then was..." was a different civilization and world order than we have today, and it was totally erased by God with the flood. The only things we know about those days are recorded in Genesis 6 and a few other Scriptures, including the New Testament epistles and the words of Jesus in the Gospels. But in those few chapters and verses the Word of God reveals a great deal of information about those days, and we need to look closely, and understand what God has revealed to us about those days before the flood.
