Unworthy Manner Conduct at the Lord's Supper. This is taken from 1 Cor 11:17-34 where Paul rebukes the Corinthian believers on how they come together to partake of the Lord's supper, also referred to as communion, or the Lord's table. This sacrament to proclaim the Lord's death was not honored in that people were mishandling how they ate and drank. Because of this it was bringing God's judgment and many were sick and even dying. Paul re-institutes the proper meaning and practice which applies to us today although I question how many churches are interpreting this passage correctly.
