A Minister To The Gentiles
Paul was reminding the saints in Rome of his obligation to preach the gospel, so that he could present more offerings of sanctified Gentiles to God. He explains the role as an Apostle: to preach the Word where it hadn't been preached before, to establish the Church via local assemblies in every region, and then go and preach the Gospel to more people who hadn't yet heard it. We too, beloved, have been called to be priests, proclaimers, and senders of missionaries, so that we might present an offering to God of his people, who will be obedient to the faith.
