Tony's first visit to the Cal State University Campus for the Spring 2013 semester was Valentine's Day. You will her Tony refer to 'kisses' in the audio. Rest assured, they were Hershey Kisses.
Tony took his 'Stop and Talk / Isaiah 1:18' cross onto the campus. It proved to be a magnet for conversations. In this audio, you will hear Tony distributing gospel tracts (Tony and his friend Steven distributed about 700 tracts in just two hours). You will also hear three of his conversations.
The first conversation was with a professor by the name of Samuel. Samuel received a gospel tract from Tony, walked a short distance away, read the tract, and then came back to talk to Tony. The professor, unhappy with how the conversation was going, walked away--only to come back again a few minutes later.
The second conversation was with a student named Chris. Chris initially identified himself as an atheist, but quickly changed his status to agnostic. Chris was raised in the Roman Catholic Church, tried the 'Baptist thing,' and eventually suppressed the truth about God. Chris's young life has already been touched by tragedy, as his father, a 20-year military veteran, committed suicide.
The third conversation was with another student named Chris. Chris approached Tony and Steven and invited them to an Inter-varsity Christian Fellowship. Tony took Chris through a 'Three Minutes to Live' scenario.
