Keeping the "Sabbath" is a privilege, a blessing not an obligation for the believer. It is a time of covenant renewal to bring to mind all that Christ has done for us. It is a time of consecrated rest to prepare us for what is coming in eternity, and time to build up Christ-like righteousness through worship the opportunity to express our love, devotion and gratitude to God.
