This past week we finished our series, Building a Biblical Church with a sermon from 1 Timothy 6:20–21 entitled "Be on Guard." Paul's final words to Timothy (in this letter) encapsulate the two main ideas he has been stressing: be vigilant for the gospel and distance yourself from error. If we want to be a faithful church, this is what we need to do, too.
