God commissions Moses to go to the Israelites to bring them out in verse 10. Moses replies with the 1st of 5 objections why he's incapable to go. "Who am I that I should go to bring out the Israelites? God answers Moses compassionately "I will be with you" Moses' 2nd objection is he needs to know God's name in case they ask.
