There are but two kinds of religion in the world at this hour. Sit up and pay close attention so you may fully understand what is meant by this statement. One may examine all the religions in this world and find that there are in reality but two classifications in which they fall.
On the one side is the religion that has to do with the works of man and into this catogory fall 99 percent of the religions of this world at this hour.
On the other side is true Christianity, which declares that salvation is totaly, entirely and eternaly of God, apart from any works of man, and comes to us as a result of the free grace of God!
Now hold your seat as I give you a truth.
Unless you know Christ, and have been made an object of free grace, you are on the wrong side and stand no different than all the others who are truing to go to heaven on the basis of their works. Remember this scripture, because it sums it all up for everyone,
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:8,9 (KJV)
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
