That is it’s Firm, it’s established and therefore it is Faithful meaning that it is reliable, it is trustworthy. The Christian Mind is to be Grounded in and Guided By God’s Word. We are to look to God’s Word rather than to the testimony of the man. When we do the Word has the ability to make wise the “simple”. The Hebrew Word for “Simple” means Naïve, foolish or open-minded. The root word means to be like a wide open door. To be simple is to have an indiscriminate mind– to have a mind like at open door that does not discriminate between what goes in and out of the mind. The World says, we should be more “Open-Minded” But God’s tells us to shut our minds and then carefully decide what we will let in.
