Pastor Mencarow served in the US Congress as a legislative director, subcommittee chief of staff and press secretary. He also was on Ronald Reagan's staff.
Many are concerned at the direction they believe the U.S. and the rest of the world is headed. They are fearful for themselves, their children and future generations. Many people see the future as more government control, less freedom, higher taxes and lower hopes for the future. It is clear the U.S. has an administration and a Congress that is committed to globalism, which is code for world civil government.
If you are one of those who are fearful for the future, I have good news for you. Globalism, one world civil government, one world economy, one world religion, is not a possibility. It is a certainty. And that's the good news.
Not only is it good news, it is the best news you could hear. Rev. 16:12 tells us why.

Interesting Sermon! Ken Unger, the sermon text used was Jeremiah 20:4, a zero must have slipped in. 20:4 is where Jeremiah prophesied to the abusive, idolatry accepting priest Pashur of the upcoming Babylonian captivity. It would seem that the Roman Catholic Church would be better suited in the role of Pashur than Babylon is this spiritualized neopreterist postmillineal eschatological bridge for dipensationalists(I didnt know what else to call it). I would enjoy listening to a followup on why the obvious role for Pashur was so easily dismissed.

Great Sermon! Please note that there is no Jeremiah 20:40. Nevertheless, Torrey's Treasury of Scripture Knowledge gives Jeremiah 50:38-40 as 1 of its cross-references to "and the water thereof was dried up."
