We gather this Afternoon to celebrate the life of My Mom Johnnie Ruth Widner, and Lay her body to rest, but her entrance into Heaven took place on the Sunset of Saturday December 5th 2020 at 21 minutes after midnight. Mom began with the Sunrise of her life on Friday May 10, 1935 in Arab, Alabama. Ruth was the fifth child of a family of 15 with twins. Ruth was the second oldest daughter of the Late William Curtis and Nora Latham Yarbrough. Ruth was a Seamstress, having worked at Nantucket, EZ Mills and R. D Simpson. Ruth was a loving selfless mother of Three children, whom she sacrificed many of her needs and wants for them. She was kind, caring and energetic to cook and share her love with all of her family members. But her greatest love of her live was her lord and Savior Jesus Christ. On behalf of the Family, we thank everyone that has said a kind word, prayer brought food, stopped by and gave your support. Thanks to the Heyman Hospice staff from Floyd medical and big thanks to Our Aunt Shirley Ann.
