The latter part of Mark 3 has an interesting form. It begins and ends with Jesus' family and in between is further conflict with the scribes. His family fear he is "beside himself", the scribes come as an investigating committee but come with minds already made up. They believe he is operating as an agent of Satan. Jesus corrects both groups in ways that were shocking then and instructive now. Should give us some important things to think about.
