Tony Miano preached the gospel on Lankershim Boulevard, a public sidewalk adjacent to the North Hollywood Metro Station. This is a spot where he and a host of other open-air preachers proclaim the gospel on a regular basis.
From time to time, security guards try to stop the preaching of the gospel by calling and complaining to LAPD. LAPD will come out, see that they are not violating the law, and then head to their next call. Today, a supervising security guard left MTA property, came onto the public sidewalk, and tried to stop Tony from preaching. Tony asserted, in no uncertain terms, that the security guard had no authority to order him to do anything.
This audio is the exchange with the Security Guard and the gospel proclamation he tried to stop.
