Six character qualities are expounded. Next, he fulfills the mandates to fight the good fight of faith, to lay hold fully the blessings of eternal life, and to keep the commandments of God without stain or reproach. Finally, the man of God is motivated by the remembrance of his calling and confession, an awareness that Christ will return and hold us accountable, and an awareness of the praiseworthiness and glory of God.
