Since music is a language it is a form of communication. Since that is true there must be a moral concern with music. It can be good or evil or conducive to one or the other. Since music itself (without words) is a form of communication, even more powerful than words, it must have a message. We need to consider this truth and prove the music we listen to and use in the worship services. It is not all good, and we are responsible before God to use the right kind of music. Its effects are also irresistible so we should put a guard on our ears and hearts in the matter of music and use only what is "acceptable unto the Lord."
