In this final 8th sermon Gavin has a special focus on the Day of Judgment. He says, "Among my fellow Evangelicals...the 3 most common Bible translations are the King James Version of 1611 which is the one I endorse, & the New King James Version & New International Version. And so I'm giving a special emphasis on these issues in the NKJV & NIV because I'm concerned...so many of my fellow Protestants are using them." He refers to how such "modern" Bible versions as the NKJV & NIV have been used to promote fornication e.g. removing all references to the word "whore" in order to stop people distinguishing between the virgin & the whore (i.e., among unmarried women who have never been married); or in order to promote racially mixed marriages, they have perverted anti-miscegenation passages in Proverbs against the "strange" woman e.g., Prov. 5:20, "And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, & embrace the bosom of a stranger?" Gavin also considers how the present Western World mess, evident in e.g. the usage of immigration & emigration to create & retain a multi-religious & multi-racial state, the abortion slaughter, & homosexual marriage; all started when "the 1776 American Rebellion set aside" "Biblical teachings" in order "to create a secular state," which together with elements of the French Revolution produced an evil philosophy that enveloped & enslaved the Western World in the anti-supernaturalist secular ideology of libertinism & so called...'human rights'." Thus we need to start recognizing that the secular state is a massive failure, & seek God's guidance on how to best advance to a Protestant Christian State (Ps. 2:10-12; Prov. 14:34; Isa. 49:22,23).
