In Job's final speech (26-31), he contrasts the effort made to acquire treasure from the earth with the rarity of wisdom. The search for wealth and wisdom is a human activity by image bearers of the Creator-- these activities are unique to humanity.
While gold and silver and other treasures are desirable and worthy of the efforts to acquire them, wisdom is more valuable and more elusive than earthly treasures. Wisdom is not found in the depths of the earth or sea; it is found in God who offers it to those who fear Him.
This message concludes SCS's Secondary School Honor Roll Chapel for 2nd Quarter 2024-2025. It is a reminder to our students to seek knowledge, understanding, and God's Wisdom!
