Thank you for preaching this! We need to hear the whole counsel of God and not pick and choose our way through the Bible, consoling ourselves in our sins or consoling our neighbors in their sins. There should be no confusion on an everlasting punishment after death, except it goes contrary to sinful hearts; so confusion is more desirable than the truth to those who cover over their sins.
The Word of God, even from the lips of God himself, tells us the truth. We need ears to hear, and a broken heart, and the grace of God to either hear the truth or to tell folks the truth. It is a matter of loving your neighbors and loving God most of all - before it is too late. This is clear preaching and no confusion, and shows great love for poor sinners. There is a Remedy.
