Paul says the visible church has a great advantage because God has given them His word. The sermon explores the riches of what this means and also looks at God's sovereign ordering of all things, including man's rebellion against the covenant and how all of His judgment of rebellion glorifies Him. Paul also deals with the humanistic accusations brought against God because of the way God has ordained to be glorified through His judgment of man's rebellion--a rebellion that exalts God's righteousness.
