Jesus also said - he that hath seen me, hath seen the Father.
Christ works were validated by the Father as seen from John 4;36-38. He tells His disciples here in chapter 14 that all His works are the works of the Father. 'but the Father that dwelleth in me, He doeth the works (John 14:10).
Christ asked the question, do you believe this? And if you do, then do you love me?
Because in the close of this message He stated - If you love me, keep my commandments.
