We refer often to the dying thief, and forget what he did with his last moments of life. Here is encouragement for all who feel that they have little time and little opportunity and little energy. Hanging on a cross, the believing thief at Calvary honoured Christ openly, justified Christ entirely, approached Christ humbly, preached Christ clearly, worshipped Christ sincerely, confessed Christ publicly, petitioned Christ earnestly, and trusted Christ entirely. We do not need much time and opportunity to trust and serve the Lord.
