Since Israel's actions and rejection of Jesus led to his crucifixion, and due to their ongoing unbelief, is God done with Israel? The answer is no! That's because of God's elective purpose according to his foreknowledge and grace. Furthermore, God used Israel's unbelief and rejection to open the door of faith to the Gentiles. Paul assures his readers that God has a plan to save Israel in the last days.
