Do you believe in miracles? Do you believe in the miracles? The miracles recorded in the Scriptures. Hebrews 2 tells us that miracles were given to confirm that the message of the gospel was from God. Amazing faith is a powerful gift of God. It is nothing short of a miracle to be born again. The faith grows among faith-filled realistic people who know a big God. We read God's Word to realize who God is. It has been said that our view of God ultimately shapes what happens in our lives. Our view of God is part of our faith. In the words of A.W. Tozer, the most important fact about any person is what they deep in their hearts believe God to be like. It is the Word of God that must fill out our understanding of who God is. We must realize, through His word, who God is: a big God. Of course, that is still only partial understanding because we could never comprehend God in his infinitude. We are finite. Someone aptly said, "when your God is too small, your problems are too big. But when your God is great, your problems pale into insignificance. How big is your God? Big enough to be trusted? Remember: the more you know God, the bigger He becomes." He says, "Be still and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10)
