Numbers 28 and 29 remind the people of the seven feasts (holy days) they are to keep in the Promised Land. Chapter 28 had the four Spring feasts. Chapter 29 has the three Fall feasts Passover, Atonement, and Tabernacle. The Spring feasts were fulfilled by Jesus Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection, and finally His gift of the Holy Spirit. The three Fall feasts remind of of Jesus' soon coming for His church (Trumpets), His atoning death for our salvation (Atonement) and His coming, and His incarnation that we celebrate at Christmas (Tabernacles).
