Mohammed & Bahaullah are NOT found in the Bible. Larry Wessels, director of Christian Answers of Austin, Texas/ Christian Debater (Youtube channel CANSWERSTV at http://www.youtube.com/user/CAnswersTV?feature=mhee) presents Steve Morrison, Ph.D, director of research for Christian Answers. Steve is webmaster of our 3 websites: http://www.MUSLIMHOPE.COM, http://www.BIBLEQUERY.ORG & http://www.HISTORYCART.COM; has written 4 books on Islam. Muslims believe that Muhammad is in the Bible based on the Qur'an in Surah 7:157. However, the passages from the Bible that these Muslims appeal to are always taken out of context. See also http://www.answering-islam.org/Gilchrist/muhammad.html. In the Qur'an, Jesus is alleged to have foretold the coming of Muhammad in Surah 61.6). Muslims claim John 14.16-17; 14.26; 15.26; & 16.7 as speaking of Mohammed. If we apply sound exegesis to John 14.16-17 we shall discover no less than eight reasons why the Comforter cannot possibly be Muhammad. 1. "He will give YOU another Comforter". Jesus promised his disciples that God would send the Comforter to them. He would send the Spirit of Truth to Peter, and to John, and to the rest of the disciples - not to Meccans. Medinans or Arabians. 2. "He will give you ANOTHER Comforter". If, as Muslims allege, the original word was periklutos and that Christians changed it into paracletos, then the sentence would have read, "He will give you another praised one" so it is grossly unlikely that Jesus would have said "He will give you another praised one" when he never used that title for himself. In 1 John 2.1 we read that Christians have an "advocate" with the Father, "Jesus Christ the Righteous"
