It is a shame that there is such a controversy over music amongst God's people today. In this first part on this subseries on music addresses the fact that it is not expected that the world would understand this significance, but as God's people we should, that is, our song, our music, should be different, should be new, as opposed to the same as the old music and song we listened to before God saved us. Being involved with modern rock music in my past, even "Christian" rock after I was converted, I understand the challenges this involves.
