In Christ, the main religious division between men (The Uncircumcised & The Circumcised) is removed. Christ on the cross has made full atonement for all who believe. The separation made by Old Covenant ceremonial ordinances is no longer in force. In Christ, the two previously divided men, are made one new man. This new man is identified by his worship: thru Christ, in the Spirit as the sons of God. In Christ, we constitute the new temple in which God dwells. This is the "mystery" now revealed in the gospel: believing Gentiles, along with believing Jews, are "fellow-heirs, fellow-members, fellow-partakers of the promise." Thus God's promise to Abraham in Gn 12:3, that all the nations would be blessed in him, is fulfilled in the gospel.
