A Colorado judge declared that sexual rights trump religious rights, fining a baker for refusing to make a wedding cake for a same-sex ceremony. The clergy housing tax exemption is on the chopping block now, and so is public prayer in legislative meetings. Either pastors will engage the battle or they will subject themselves to more persecution in the years to come.
