I recently read an article entitled, "When the Bible is Wrong about God" . Its anonymous author claims to be a Christian. His premise is that the Old Testament, although inspired by God, is not always correct in what it teaches about God. In the article, a number of false dichotomies are presented that lead to false conclusions. He claims that Jesus broke some parts of the Law of Moses, because those parts were incorrect. He falsely pits Jesus against Moses. He claims that God came in the flesh (Jesus) "to set the record straight." In my opinion, this anonymous author is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He is raising the same question Satan did to Eve, "Yea, hath God said . . . ?" (Ge 3:1). The author is casting doubt on God's Word.
